Q. I have faxed in my application. Do I also need to mail it to the company?
A. Yes, we need your original application for company records.

Q. Do I have to take the computer the first time I qualify for commissions?
A. No, you can elect to take a $1500 cash payment first, until you want the computer instead of cash, then you may elect to purchase optional equipment out of the next $1500 cash payment , with the unspent funds paid in cash.

Q. How long does it take to get my FireBall 333mhz computer system?
A. We send you a notification that you have qualified with a congratulations and a Custom order form. Since each computer is hand-built to order, you may want some custom items added by your request. You will receive your computer approximately two weeks from your notification.

Q. The web site I purchased from you. Can it be changed?
A. Yes, it is your web site and you have the pass code. Please let us know first.
